Parking & Accessibility
14510 Solomons Island Road, Solomons, MD
All parking in Solomons is public, with accessible parking spaces located directly in front of the spa. Because these spaces are public, availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking, especially during the warmer months and busy weekends.
For guests who use a wheelchair or have difficulty with stairs, we have a wheelchair lift located just down the driveway and to the right of the spa entrance. We are happy to accommodate guests for nearly all of our services; however, our shower and body treatment area is not wheelchair accessible.
If you require accessibility assistance or special accommodations, please let us know when making your reservation so our team can be prepared to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Arriving for Your Appointment
We encourage our returning guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This gives you a little time to settle in, use the restroom if needed, and begin to unwind before your service.
If this is your first visit with us, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early so you have plenty of time to complete any necessary Guest Intake and Consent Forms without feeling rushed.
We want your visit to feel relaxing from the moment you arrive, so come a little early, get comfortable, and let us take care of you.
Running a Little Late?
We understand that sometimes things happen and you may arrive a little later than planned. We’ll always do our best to make the most of the time we have together.
To ensure the next guest can begin their service on time, your treatment may need to be shortened by the amount of time you are late. Because that time has been reserved especially for you, the full price of your scheduled service will still apply.
If you know you’re running late, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to let your service provider know and help however we can.
Rescheduling Your Appointments
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask for:
-24 hours’ notice for single services
-48 hours’ notice for multiple services or small groups
-72 hours’ notice for spa parties or large group bookings
All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Cancellations or changes made after the required notice will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100%. (Full charges may apply for group or party reservations.)
Your card will not be billed unless the appointment goes unfilled - we always do our best to accommodate another guest in your place. Please help us honor the time of our team and fellow guests by canceling or rescheduling within the required timeframe.
We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon!
As our guest, you can always expect:
A clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout your visit.
To be treated with respect, courtesy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Your comfort and well-being are important to us. If at any time you have a question, concern, or need an adjustment during your service, we encourage you to let your service provider know.
Please let your massage therapist know at any time. Whether you’d prefer more or less pressure, a different technique, or would like them to focus more or less on a particular area, your feedback is always welcome and encouraged. We want you to feel comfortable throughout your entire massage, and your satisfaction and overall experience are always our priority.
Your treatment begins with a brief consultation so your service provider can learn about your needs, preferences, and any concerns you may have. From there, your treatment will be customized to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for.
Your service provider will explain anything you need to know and will check in with you as needed throughout your service. We encourage you to communicate your preferences at any time, whether it’s pressure, temperature, comfort, or simply a question about your treatment.

Gift cards may be used toward services or retail products at their full purchase value for up to five years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are treated like cash and must be presented at the time of redemption.
We encourage guests to keep their gift cards in a safe place until they are ready to enjoy them.
Is Waxing Right for Me?
Your skin’s health and safety always come first. Waxing may not be appropriate if you are currently taking or have taken Accutane within the past year, have a sunburn, open or irritated skin, or have used Retin-A or other topical retinoids within the past 48 hours.
Please also let us know before your appointment if you’ve experienced sensitivity, skin reactions, lifting, or other concerns with waxing in the past. Sharing this information helps your esthetician determine whether waxing is appropriate for your skin and provide the safest, most comfortable experience possible.
How long should I wait to wax after shaving?
For the best waxing results, we recommend allowing your hair to grow for approximately 2–3 weeks after shaving, or until it is about ¼ inch long. This gives the wax enough hair to grip and helps provide a smoother, longer-lasting result.
And as tempting as it may be, try not to shave in between waxing appointments! Staying consistent with your waxing schedule will help you get the best results over time.
What is a Brazilian Wax?
A Brazilian wax removes hair from the bikini area, including the front, sides, and back. You may choose to have all of the hair removed or leave a small strip or triangle in the front—it’s completely your preference.
Your esthetician will explain the process, help you get comfortably positioned, and maintain your privacy as much as possible throughout the service. Only the area being waxed will be exposed, and professional draping will be used when appropriate.
If it’s your first Brazilian wax, please don’t feel nervous about asking questions! Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, respected, and at ease throughout your appointment.
For the best results, we recommend allowing approximately 2–3 weeks of hair growth after shaving, or about ¼ inch of growth, before your appointment.
Is waxing painful?
Waxing can cause some brief discomfort, especially if it’s your first time or you’re waxing a more sensitive area. The good news is that the sensation is usually quick and becomes easier for many guests with regular waxing.
Our estheticians use professional techniques to help make your experience as comfortable and gentle as possible. Keeping a consistent waxing schedule and resisting the urge to shave in between can also help make future appointments more comfortable.
And remember, if you’re feeling uncomfortable at any time, please let your esthetician know. We want you to feel relaxed, cared for, and at ease throughout your visit.
Enjoy a Little Quiet Time
Your time with us is an opportunity to unplug, unwind, and relax. To help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced during your visit and that phone conversations be taken outside and away from treatment areas.
We appreciate your help in respecting the relaxation and quiet time of those around you. Consider this your invitation to put your phone away and enjoy a little time just for you.
Your well-being is important to us. Before each treatment, please let your service provider know of any new or changing health information, including allergies, illnesses, injuries, medications, or pregnancy.
We also ask that you review and update your Guest Intake and Consent Forms whenever there has been a change since your last visit. Keeping your information current helps our team provide a treatment that is appropriate, comfortable, and tailored to your needs.
If a change in your health means you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Our regular cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply.
Welcoming Our Younger Guests
We’re happy to welcome guests ages 12–17 to enjoy a little time for themselves at Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa!
Young guests may enjoy hair services, manicures, pedicures, and makeup services, or a facial without a parent or guardian present.
For more private, one-on-one spa services including massage therapy, and body treatments, we ask that a parent or guardian be present during the service.
We want every guest, at every age, to feel comfortable, safe, welcomed, and cared for while visiting us.
We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable when visiting us. Accessible parking spaces are located directly in front of the spa; however, because parking is public, we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking, especially during our busier warmer months.
For guests who use a wheelchair or have difficulty navigating stairs, a wheelchair lift is available just down the driveway and to the right. We are happy to accommodate guests with mobility needs for nearly all of our services; however, our shower and body treatment area is not wheelchair accessible.
If you have any accessibility needs or would like assistance during your visit, please let us know when making your reservation. We’ll be happy to help make your time with us as comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible.
