14510 Solomons Island Road, Solomons, MD – All parking is public. There are handicapped parking spaces in front of the spa; however, we cannot guarantee this will be available. We recommend heading out early to find parking, especially during the warmer months. If handicapped; upon arrival we have a wheelchair lift just down the driveway and to the right. If wheelchair bound or can not climb stairs, please be reassured that we can accommodate you for any service except the showers or body treatments. Please let us know at the time you make your reservation if you require any special accommodations.

New guests should arrive 20 minutes prior to the time of the reservation to ensure all of the necessary paperwork is complete.
Your reservation length may be adjusted by the amount of time you are late so that the next guest can start on time. The full price of the reservation will still be charged.
Our Cancellation Program
We understand. Life can be very busy at times. Please let us know if you will not be able to make your reservations as soon as possible. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against
late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.
- Your card is not billed unless your cancelled appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings, as we would much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a
cancellation. - Guests are responsible for just *35% of reservation value per service reserved regardless of the reason for canceling. *Groups, Spa Parties & Spa Experience Packages will be charged 75% for late
cancellation.

RELAX. There is no need to have a conversation with your therapist unless you do not like something they are doing. Your rest and quiet time are our priorities. You are not expected to move a muscle, just unwind, and enjoy your spa treatment.
Gratuity is a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with your services. Customary gratuities are between 15 and 20 percent.
Checks, MC, VISA, AX or Cash A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
You will have up to 30 days to return an unopened item for a full refund. If you purchase an item, try it, and are not happy with it, we will be glad to recommend a different item for you in exchange or give you house credit also within 30 days of purchase. No cash or credit refunds will be permitted on opened products.

Who can get waxed?
If you are taking or have taken Accutane in the past year, have any open lesions, sunburn or have used Retin-A or retinoids in the past 48 hours, you cannot have waxing services. Also, please let us know in advance if you have ever had previous issues with waxing elsewhere.

We recommend at least 1/4-1/2″ of regrowth for optimal results. Hair that is over ½” may be trimmed at home prior to waxing to increase your comfort.
Traditional Brazilian Bikini wax means front, back and everything in between. If you have a personal preference or specific request for something different, please advise your Waxer. Brazilian waxing requires guests to be nude from the waist down.
Our Estheticians are highly trained and perform wax services with the highest level of comfort in mind. If you are sensitive and/or have low pain tolerance, you may elect to take over the counter pain medication and/or use topical anesthetic prior to your appointment.
Please respect all guests’ right to peace and quiet. Speaking on the cell phone where other guests are having services is prohibited. Please silence cell phone ringers and enjoy your quiet time while visiting with us. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment for all guests.
Advise your therapist prior to treatment of any new allergies, illness, injuries, current or new medications; and if you are newly expecting a child.
Young adults between the ages of 12–17 may freely enjoy the following without the supervision of a parent or guardian:
